I used to have a membership here when it was under the previous ownership (Glass Tiger), but I ultimately decided to cancel due to lackluster service and inconsistent quality. Coincidentally, the day I walked in to cancel my membership back in August 2023, the business had just transitioned to Trail Hand Wash. Even though the new store manager/operator, Tim, personally assured me that big changes were coming, promising more staff for faster, more thorough washes, upgraded amenities, and vastly improved customer service - I still went ahead with my cancellation. I had heard it all before. Fast forward a year later to August 2024. I decided to give them another shot and repurchased a membership. I am incredibly glad I did. Tim completely delivered on every single promise. Since coming back, I have experienced nothing but impressive, top-tier service and pristine results. As someone who drives a luxury vehicle, I am incredibly particular about how it’s treated. They utilize a premium foam cannon on my vehicle with absolutely no upcharge, showing a level of care and attention to detail that you just don't find at standard car washes. The staff is efficient, the service is fast withou

EXTREME HONESTY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! I took my dad’s car to have it washed and they did an incredible job for a great price. It looked brand new when they were done! What’s most incredible is that about 5 years ago, my father who has Alzheimer’s misplaced a Rolex that he had worn for thirty years. When I got back in the car after the TRAIL team had washed it, the Rolex was sitting on the center console as it had been found under the seat by one of the team members. It would have been very easy for someone to slip it in their pocket and we would have never known… All that and you get fresh popcorn while you wait. Can’t say enough about the Trail team- thank you so much!!!

The best. So easy and always a good experience. I had to switch up locations due to a parking lot being rebuilt and the other location was equal to the one I usually use on Old Roswell. Sorry no photos but my truck looks great.

Seems to be a bit of a trend that’s going unnoticed. Cars detailed here are not always being properly cared for. Either not being thoroughly washed or having some form of damage. I don’t think anyone would want a valuable asset of theirs to be mishandled in any capacity, let alone pay a service that is not followed down to the letter. And if there is evidence that proves that you are in the wrong, a sound business practice would be to find a resolution. If things are done properly the first time there would be no need to have to cover tracks either, ie. remove reviews. A crack in a windshield should’ve been taken seriously, and it wasn’t. I would advise anyone to weigh their options before visiting this location.

Went for my first time today to get the premium car wash and my windshield was significantly cracked when I picked up my car. Be sure to take pictures before dropping off your car to make sure no other cracks appear. I am posting this again because it looks like they deleted my first review post.
